The Groth House Remodel revitalizes an important historical home on the coast of Trinidad. The house was designed and built by artist Bruno Groth in the 1960s and 70s. After he passed away, and the house was sold, it became a vacation rental and fell into disrepair. The new owners plan to restore it to a single family residence and modernize the house while respecting Groths original vision for the unique property and structure. We developed numerous renderings to help the client visualize the end result and the way that it would blend with the existing spirit of the house.
